Welcome to Unc'L Lunkers Bait and Tackle in Bridgton Maine.  We are located in the heart of the Southern Maine lakes region, let us be the source for all your bait and tackle needs.  If you are a local angler or in the Bridgton area, stop in, browse around the shop.  There's always something here for anglers of any and all abilities.  Unc'L Lunkers carries a full line of Bait casting, Spinning rods and reels, fly rods, lures, terminal tackle and live bait.  We sell what works in Maine, I personally test as much of the equipment as possible in the local waters.  If it catches fish we carry it, if it doesn't catch fish it's taken off the shelves.  Normally the live bait available includes shinners, suckers, crawdads and the best worms, crawlers and dillies in town. Come in for all your fishing needs, Unc'L Lunkers is here to help you get what you need. While you're in the shop share your latest fishing experiences on the lakes or get a local fishing report. 

Unc'L Lunkers is also in the process of expanding into more outdoor sporting equipment.  The line of hunting gear is growing all of the time.

Unc'L lunkers is an authorized Maine state sporting license Agent with all Maine sport licenses available for residents or non-residents. In addition to licenses the shop also carries the required Out-of-State Milfoil stickers. For Hunting licenses be sure to have proof of a hunting license from a prior season or provide a hunter safety course certificate.

Unc'L Lunkers opened a fly tying section in January of 2010, with a great selection of tying materials available. 

**New additions to the shop inventory are here.  We are now a local dealer for the JL Marine Powerpole, a great tool for the bass fisherman.  The Powerpole could also be a great addition to the weekend boater who wants to anchor on a sandbar for an afternoon of fun in the sun.  In addition to the powerpole we are now a authorized dealer for the GME Accusat personal locator beacon.  This device is a great addition for hikers, boaters, 4X4 enthusiasts, hunters and anyone else who is looking for the peace of mind of having a device available should they require emergency assistance.

Be sure to check out the monthly news letter, they may take a while to get posted .... but it's worth the wait.
